It keeps things legal & simple for both, you & us!

The following are covered within this cost:

1. Subjective assessment of the Cook during first discussion. The discussion could be telephonic or in person depending on the distance of the locality that they serve. If the Cook display attitude issues to us, they will probably behave in a similar manner with you.
2. Reference check with past employers on attributes such as punctuality, discipline & cooking skills. Please note that this is not always possible to do a reference check since some Cooks do not maintain information about their past.
3. Obtaining their personal details such as Local & Permanent Addresses. Reference check for addresses provided by them. Physical check of local address.
4. Photocopy of at least one Identity Proof (Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Ration Card). This is a mandatory requirement & we do not recruit the Cook without at least one identity proof. In exceptional cases, we have accepted an identity proof of relatives.
5. Monitoring & feedback process on a monthly basis for a period of six months from the date of service confirmation.

You may choose this optional service (at an additional cost) to get the Cook independently verified by a third party agency. Their Local and Native addresses will be physically verified & whether the Cook has any police records registered against them will be checked for the address where the Cook has stayed for the maximum amount of time.

Note: These services are meant for your safety & security. It will be in your interest to get these done! Even if you choose not to get these done, we will be following all our minimum safety procedures.

This is the amount that will be charged to you at the end of every month. Monthly Payment is dependent on factors such as number of people to be served, time of service, gender & caste of Cook, whether service is for family or bachelor and other service requirements.

Before we confirm service to you, the Monthly Payment will be finalized & communicated to you for confirmation.
Service will be started once we receive confirmation, preferably by email.
