What is the service we provide? |

MealStation Services provides Cooks for your home.
Cooks are available for all the three meals in a day
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Combination timings (e.g. Breakfast and Lunch cooking together)

page.
Cooks are provided for both North-Indian & South-Indian preferences
(We also provide Cooks with specific regional flavours depending on your
request and based on availability with us. Please choose the appropriate value
in the service options and we will try to fulfill the request)
Terms & Conditions governing
our service is signed in a Contract, which currently will be
for a duration of six
months from your date of registration. For any changes to clauses,
duration or wording to our Terms and Conditions, we will take
your explicit consent. Without your explicit permission, the
old Contract document will be applicable.

How is the service provided? |
| |
- Cook visits your home well in time so that meals are ready when you
want.
- Raw materials and equipment for cooking are expected to be available
and in working order at your kitchen.
We appreciate if you can inform us in advance if any kind of adjustment
needs to be done due to non-availability of raw materials or non-functioning
equipment.
- Our Cook will carry a MealStation ID and will dress in clean clothes.
- Our Cook will adopt hygienic methods of cooking with all safety measures
taken into account.

A Help line number will
be available with you for the following scenarios |

- if you want to cancel/modify the service.
- if you want to report issues related to delay or hygiene
of the Cook.
- for any temporary changes to service, for example changing
the time of cooking for a few days.
- for any special requirement which MealStation can fulfill.

Limitations of our Service |
|

- Cook will not provide any service outside cooking (e.g. purchasing,
domestic help, general support)
- Cook will not stay over at your places even if providing service three
times a day
- Note: Even though our Cooks serve you at
your designated times, preparing food items that you request,
they will continue to remain MealStation Employees. You will be dealing
only with MealStation for all issues related our employees. If such a
situation arises that our employees do not conduct themselves properly,
we strongly insist that you do not take disciplinary actions in your hands
which might compromise your safety and security.

What we expect from you to maintain service standards... |

- The Cook is external to your family and will have access to your
home and visibility to your daily activities, general conversations,
status and social circle. There might be events/behaviours/actions
of the Cook which might cause suspicion, doubt, discomfort
or concern. Please ensure to call us with no delay if any
such incident is noted.
- It is natural for oneself to micro-manage,
doubt, be selective about the service or the ways of
the Cook. In such cases, we advise you to communicate your
interest or concerns to MealStation and not let the
Cook directly know about the dislike.This is to avoid any unpleasant
argument or longer impact on your relationship with the Cook.
- We provide Cooks who are skilled in
their work. They will happily serve you, but they are
not servants. We treat our employees with respect and we expect
the same from you.
- Our Cooks have several years of work experience serving in homes
of professionals and families. They are aware of best practices
related to cooking and will prepare what food you expect
them to serve & there does exist certain amount
of dislike in them when they are micro-managed. It will be
best if you simply tell them what you wish to be served and
relax. They will do the rest.
- The way our service works, what we charge you
and what we pay our employees will always be different. We
make no attempt to hide this from our employees and usually
they will be aware of the differences, but extensive discussion
with them about our pricing structure leads to low morale,
less focus on work and HR-related issues among our employees.
We request you to avoid discussing details of your payments.
Maintaining a professional relationship with our employees
will ensure service standards.
- You might encounter instances when our employees attempt to sway
you by asking you to deal with them directly. Not only is
this in breach of our agreement, but also is a very dangerous
thing for you. You will no longer be protected by MealStation's
obligation towards you and you are potentially exposing yourself
to a greater risk to save a little money. We strongly insist
that you bring such incidents to our notice at the earliest.
We intend to strongly discipline our employees who
compromise Customer safety and are not loyal to us (they
will not be loyal to you either!)
