Rules for Refund of Service Fee |

- Refund of Service Fee (not Monthly payment) will not be provided after 2
replacements or 6 months which ever occurs earlier.
- Refund of Service
Fee (not Monthly Payment) will be provided, if a replacement
is not found before a month, in case of cook absconding,
taste not preferred*, cook terminated for behavior or ethical misconduct*.
- The Service Fee
is not a deposit or advance payment. It is the service
fees paid for a period of six months in addition to the Monthly Charges.
It is not refundable after the closure of Contract Period.
- The Service Fee is a one
time payment and considered valid for a period
of six months, irrespective any short or long breaks taken in this
period.
- There
will be no refunds of Monthly Payment.
- The Service
Fee is not linked to the days of
service provided by the Cook through the Contract Period. The Monthly
Charges will be levied based on the the number of days of
service provided.
- In case of abrupt or mid way termination of the contract*
requested by the Customer,
the refund of the Service Fee will be provided within the first one
month from start of service. Any termination of contract beyond the
one month period will be refunded on a prorated basis.

| |
- Cook might not be in a position to travel during unfavourable weather conditions
such as rain or storm. Every attempt will be made for complete service.
- Male Cooks travelling by Cycles will be available to serve during Bus strikes.
Female Cooks usually travel by Buses, hence they will not be able
to serve you during Bus strikes.
- Cooks will need to take leaves for reasons such as sickness or personal
emergencies. Such leaves will NOT be charged in the Monthly Payment.
