How we verify our Cooks? |

All Cooks provided by us are independently verified by a third
party background verification service in Bangalore and a copy of the verification
report can be provided to our Customers on request. |

The local and native addresses, past employment details and certain
details about them are verified during various stages of their recruitment.
Our processes are not yet completely setup, but our target is to have
a water-tight selection process, which prevents "bad apples" from joining
us in the first place. |

Depending on requirement, we get the following information verified:
- Full Name
(to be sure that our records and the true name match)
- Local
Address
(how long our Cooks have been residing at their
current address in Bangalore)
- Native Address
(to find out whether our Cooks are indeed from where
they claim to be)
- Past Employment
(where they have worked in the recent past, how
was the experience of those who were served)
- Police Verification of Criminal Records
(this is an expensive and time-consuming process. Given that our
employees are verified by a third-party agency, we have currently
opted to not get this verification done for all of them. In case
you still would want it done, please indicate it and it will
be done)

A major portion of our registration costs go towards getting background verification
done by an external background verification service. Currently
we have sourced iCrest India Pvt Ltd as our background verification
partner.
