We were searching for Cooks for our catering business. Online search revealed quite a few Agencies that provide Cooks. A little probing on their reliability lead to Customer feedback posted about these agencies. When we read the stories of how so many people have suffered at the hands of so called "Agencies", we thought, "Why not we do something about it?"

While conducting market survey for this idea, we came across literally heaps of complaints. And some of these "complaints" are actually frauds committed by these "Agencies".
Several customers have faced a variation of the following issues and problems at
the hands on unscrupulous agents:
- unreliable service
- no show after payment of registration deposit
- no contract signing
- no proper office location
- unreachable phone numbers in case of issues
- rude and unprofessional staff
- aggressive, unresponsive and threatening managers
- over-promise, under-delivery
- threats, both physical and psychological
- and many more harassing situations...
Very few agencies can be found without negative comments. Some of these have been
defrauding customers across multiple cities and over several years.
